In our search for natural sweetness we’ve all probably tried them all:  xylitol, sucralose, agave, maple syrup, stevia ….

Now there’s a sweet new kid on the block (actually it’s been around for centuries): coconut blossom sugar. And it beats the others hands down in terms of taste, nutrients and GI.

Certified organic and imported from Indonesia, our coconut blossom sugar looks and tastes  just like conventional sugar,  but is completely natural and unrefined. It’s harvested from the blossoms of coconut palms and then dried to form a sugar rich in key vitamins and minerals, including potassium, zinc, iron, and vitamins B1, B2, B3 & B6.
